I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the well-decorated lobby. The front desk staff were not only friendly but also very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect – it was conveniently situated in front of TSUM and the pedestrian street. It was also only a short walk away from the old center of this city and Panfilov Street. Additionally, there was a Korgan hunting/fishing shop nearby for those interested in outdoor activities. The breakfast provided at the hotel was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the staff's attitude was professional and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Almaty. The location was perfect, very close to the old center of the city and just a five-minute walk from Ablat and Panfilov Street. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was absolutely superb, with a wide selection of delicious food. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Don't have any issues at all.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right at the city center and just across the street from TSUM and the pedestrian street. I loved that there were plenty of food options nearby, like Marmaris restaurant and Fornarina. Plus, there was a grocery store, Magnum, right next door, which was very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, with large and well-decorated rooms that were spotless. The hotel facilities, especially the free spa with its splendid view over the city, were top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, from hot dishes to freshly baked bread, fruits, and drinks. The staff, both in the restaurant and lobby bar, were responsive and kind, providing excellent service at all times.
